Laura Day’s practice involves corporate and individual chapter 11 representations, including debtor-in-possession, committees, creditors, asset purchasers, and all bankruptcy-related contested and adversary proceedings. She also handles out of court workouts and restructurings, and litigation focusing on a broad range of associated issues including preferential and fraudulent conveyances, breach of fiduciary duties, lender liability, guarantor defenses, lien enforcement, foreclosure and director and officer liability.
